VOLTA’s first edition in New York took place in 2008. For its 2024 edition, VOLTA moves in the art fair calendar from May to September and reestablishes its roots to align with The Armory Show. VOLTA will take place at its new, stylish venue, Chelsea Industrial that places the fair in the heart of the city’s gallery district and a short 10-minute walk from The Armory Show at Javits Center.
With new Artistic Director Lee Cavaliere refreshing VOLTA's curatorial vision, the 2024 New York edition is one that will have a newfound focus on the collector experience, allowing them to discover, connect with, and collect the Art of Now.
